RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our return policy is 15 days from the date of purchase on the receipt.  If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit (minus shipping, handing, and other charges) for all unworn, unwashed purchases returned within 15 days of the receipt of original order.   If you have any further questions please let us know. 

                   *ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED.*

Please print our return form and fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt.  Just Girls Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items.

CANCELATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Always revise your order before you check out.
